The Consumer's right of withdrawal is governed by Articles 64 et seq. of Legislative Decree 06/09/2005 n.206. The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract, even partially, without explanation and without incurring additional costs, provided that the following procedures are respected:

• The withdrawal must be communicated to Tucano s.r.l., by email, ordini@tucano.it, within 14 working days from the day of receipt of the products. The communication can also be made by fax to +39 02 25201053.

• This communication must specify the relevant expense, the intention to withdraw from the purchase and the product or products for which the right of withdrawal is to be exercised and attach a copy of the transport document or the order placed.

• The Consumer must then return the product at his own expense by sending it to the following address: TUCANO SRL – E-COMMERCE RETURNS - VIA GALVANI, 5 - 20083 BONIROLA DI GAGGIANO.

If the withdrawal has been exercised in accordance with the methods described, Tucano s.r.l. will refund the entire sum paid for the purchase as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days from the date on which Tucano s.r.l. became aware of the exercise of the right of withdrawal by the Consumer. The refund will include the amount paid for delivery of the product. The Consumer will be responsible for the costs of returning the product. The right of withdrawal is not permitted, pursuant to art. 55 of Legislative Decree 06/09/2005 n.206, in the case of:

• Purchase of sealed audiovisual products or software that have been opened by the consumer.

• Custom-made or personalized goods.

• Goods that by their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
