Return policy
Right of return
• Return must be communicated to Tucano USA, Inc. by email to customerservice@tucanousa.com , within 14 working days from the day of receipt of the products.
• This communication must specify the reference expense, the intention to return the product or products for which the right of return is to be exercised, and attach a copy of the order placed.
• The Consumer must then send back the product at their own expense by sending it to the following address: TUCANO USA, Inc. – 750 Lexington Ave, 9th Floor, New York, NY 10022.
If the right of return has been exercised in accordance with the described procedures, Tucano USA, Inc. will refund the entire sum paid for the purchase as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days from the date on which Tucano USA, Inc. became aware of the Consumer's exercise of the right of withdrawal. The refund will include the amount paid for the delivery of the product. Only the costs of returning the product will remain at the Consumer's expense. The right of withdrawal is not permitted in the case of:
• Purchase of sealed audiovisual products or software, opened by the consumer.
• Goods made to measure or customized.
• Goods which by their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
