The Consumer's right of withdrawal is governed by Articles 64 et seq. of Legislative Decree no. 206 of 06/09/2005. The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract, including partially, without giving reasons and without additional costs, provided the following procedure is followed:
• Withdrawal must be notified to Tucano s.r.l. by email at ordini@tucano.it within 14 working days of the day the products are received. Notice may also be given by fax on +39 02 25201053
• This notice must specify the purchase in question, the intention to withdraw from the purchase and the product or products for which the right of withdrawal is being exercised, and must include a copy of the delivery note or of the order placed.
• The Consumer must then return the product at their own expense, sending it to the following address: TUCANO SRL – RESI E-COMMERCE - VIA GALVANI, 5 - 20083 BONIROLA DI GAGGIANO. Please include a note inside the parcel with the order number and/or the name associated with it.
If the right of withdrawal has been exercised in accordance with the procedure described, Tucano s.r.l. will refund the full amount paid for the purchase as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days of the date on which Tucano s.r.l. became aware that the Consumer had exercised the right of withdrawal. The refund will include the amount paid for delivery of the product. Only the costs of returning the product will be borne by the Consumer. Pursuant to Article 55 of Legislative Decree no. 206 of 06/09/2005, the right of withdrawal does not apply in the case of:
• Purchase of sealed audiovisual products or packaged software that have been opened by the consumer.
• Goods made to measure or customised.
• Goods which by their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or perish rapidly.
