PUBLIC OFFER
This content is directed at the end user “consumer”, meaning any natural person acting for purposes unrelated to their commercial, business or professional activity.
For businesses or resellers, please refer to the reserved sections. Product prices listed on the website include VAT. However, they do not include shipping costs (within or outside Italy), which are calculated at checkout. -
ORDER PROCESS AND ACCEPTANCE
The purchase process is as follows: select a product and access the description page; if you wish to buy it, click “add to cart” and then go to the cart. You may proceed as a guest or as a registered user (recommended).
The registration process is quick and easy. The next steps include confirming the shipping/delivery address, selecting the shipping method, calculating shipping costs, paying by credit card or PayPal, and confirming the transaction. A confirmation email will follow. -
DELIVERY TIMES
Purchased products will be delivered to the address provided during registration. Average delivery times are about 2–3 working days within Italy (islands may require one extra day), and 2 to 5 working days in the rest of Europe. Tucano s.r.l. cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery due to force majeure or unforeseen events.
Each shipment includes a delivery note and, if requested, an invoice. Products are shipped in cardboard boxes of various sizes, sealed on the top and bottom with Tucano s.r.l. branded tape.
The Consumer must check the following upon delivery:
-
That the number of packages matches the number stated on the courier's delivery note.
-
That the package is intact, not damaged or wet, and complies with the standard characteristics described above.
Only after this verification should the Client sign the delivery note. Once signed, no objections can be raised regarding the external condition of the delivered goods. If there is a discrepancy between the order and the delivery, the client should not accept the package and must report the issue directly to the courier.
-
ORDER CANCELLATION AND/OR MODIFICATION

The obligations assumed by the buyer (see “Buyer’s Obligations”), including payment, are essential. Any breach by the Consumer of these obligations will result in the automatic termination of the contract under Article 1456 of the Italian Civil Code, without judicial intervention, and Tucano s.r.l. may claim damages. -
