Right of Withdrawal

The Consumer’s right of withdrawal is governed by Articles 64 and following of Legislative Decree No. 206 of 6 September 2005.

The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract, even partially, without providing any reason and without any additional costs, provided that the following conditions are met:

• The withdrawal must be communicated to Tucano s.r.l. by email at ordini@tucano.it within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the products.
  
  The communication may also be sent by fax to +39 02 25201053.
  
• The communication must specify the relevant purchase, the intention to withdraw from the purchase, and the product or products for which the right of withdrawal is being exercised.
  
  A copy of the delivery note or the order confirmation must be attached.
  
• The Consumer must then return the product at their own expense, sending it to the following address:

If the withdrawal has been exercised in accordance with the procedures described above, Tucano s.r.l. will refund the full amount paid for the purchase as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days from the date Tucano s.r.l. becomes aware of the Consumer’s exercise of the right of withdrawal.

The refund will also include the amount paid for delivery of the product.

Only the return shipping costs will remain at the Consumer’s expense.

Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article 55 of Legislative Decree No. 206 of 6 September 2005, the right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:

• Purchase of sealed audiovisual products or software that have been opened by the Consumer.
  
• Goods made to measure or clearly personalized.
  
• Goods which by their nature cannot be returned or are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
