We answer your questions
Got a specific case? Write to usAre you eligible for public procurement (MEPA, CONSIP)?
Yes. We are registered on MEPA and provide all the documentation needed for public tenders and procurement. For specific projects we can issue offers in the format required by the contracting authority.
Can I order with e-invoicing to the Public Administration?
Yes. We issue e-invoices via SdI both for the Public Administration (split payment) and for private clients. The institution's unique code or PEC address is required.
Materials and certifications: what do you provide?
For each project we provide fabric technical data sheets, material certifications (OEKO-TEX®, GRS where applicable), CE marking compliance for products that require it, and a composition declaration.
Can I see a sample before approving?
Yes. For Formulas 2 and 3 the sample is included. For Formula 1 (logo application) we send you photorealistic digital mockups; physical samples are available at a token cost deducted from the order.
Timings compatible with the school year?
Yes, it's our main constraint. If you have a deadline (e.g. September for new enrolments) we adapt by planning the stages backwards. Formula 1: order by the end of June for delivery in September. Formula 2-3: plan 3-6 months ahead.
Delivery to the school or to individual students?
Both options are available. Delivery to the school (standard option) or drop-shipping to each student's home (with additional logistics costs). For schools with multiple sites we handle splitting the batch.
Warranty and after-sales support?
2-year warranty on all products. For multi-year programmes we agree dedicated replacement/repair policies. For tenders we define specific after-sales SLAs.
Can I use PNRR / European funds?
Sì. Forniamo la documentazione necessaria per la rendicontazione (fattura, scheda tecnica, certificazioni di sostenibilità). I nostri prodotti rispettano i CAM (Criteri Ambientali Minimi) dove applicabili.
