  • The colour contrast ratio may not be sufficient in some sections of the site.
  • Some video content may not have subtitles.

Corrective actions

Tucano is committed to resolving the non-compliance issues indicated above. Corrective actions are under way and will be completed by 30 September 2026. The compliance plan provides for progressive interventions, prioritising critical purchase flows.
