It depends on the level of customisation, the model and the technique chosen: we'll specify it in the quote.
Which customisation techniques do you offer?
Screen printing, digital transfer, pad printing, embroidery, debossing, sublimation, woven labels, custom hangtags. For each technique we provide technical specifications and file requirements.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes. For orders above a certain threshold the sample is free; below it we charge a fee that is deducted from the final order. For Bespoke and Special projects the prototype is included in the quote.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We ship to Italy, the EU and outside the EU. We handle customs and VAT directly where required. For large orders we offer dedicated logistics solutions (multi-site delivery, drop-shipping to your customers).
Can I order with a non-Italian VAT number?
Yes. We invoice under intra-EU and non-EU arrangements in line with regulations. For repeat orders we agree payment and invoicing terms upfront.
Is there a B2B technical catalogue?
Yes. We can send you the full PDF catalogue with all technical specifications (materials, dimensions, weight, customisation options) and indicative price lists by volume band.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, as standard practice. For confidential projects (product launches, events not yet announced) we sign mutual NDAs before the briefing.
