E. companies involved in auxiliary activities for Tucano.
VII. The titular controller of the data processing is Tucano S.r.l. in the person of its legal representative.

IX. The data is processed utilizing technologies and equipment which guarantee security and confidentiality in accordance with Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, with controlled access limited to authorized personnel. The data is stored in the database at the company Head Office in Milan.
