Tucano and the environment
Environmental protection is a top priority at Tucano. Several years ago, we embarked on a sustainability journey, following a path that focuses on plastic recycling and processing. Almost all of our collections are currently made of fabrics produced from recycled plastic, an ecological choice that has recently resulted in a new line of completely biodegradable products.
AGS: a Tucano exclusive
The anti-gravity system is inspired by the ancient Chinese “Bian Dan”, a way to carry two containers of similar weight on a pole made of bamboo, a flexible material able to reduce the sensation of heaviness. With the elastic movement of the shoulder straps, the AGS System reduces stiffness in the back and neck muscles, buffering the pressure of the backpack’s load through an even distribution of the weight between hips and shoulders.
