Secure payments

Payment of your purchases on Tucano.com is totally secure. The payment system (or "payment gateway") that we rely on is PayPal and Stripe which handles both payments by credit card, and those with a PayPal account. The details relating to your payment information are transmitted over a secure encrypted connection with Secure Socket Layer (SSL) directly to the payment platform. For this reason, at no time during the purchase procedure is Tucano able to know, and then to keep on file, the buyer's credit card number, which is transmitted directly to PayPal.

You can choose to pay the order with your credit card or debit card. All transactions are controlled and handled by PayPal, the world's leading platform in the field of e-commerce payments. At the time of order confirmation, a page will automatically be created that resides on the secure server of PayPal, in which you can enter your credit card details. We accept all major credit cards such as Visa and MasterCard. We also accept payments through many rechargeable cards on the Visa Electron circuit.

PAYMENTS WITH PAYPAL

PayPal is a payment system that allows you to pay online without having to enter the number of your credit card each time. It's easy: on PayPal.com you can activate an account attached to your email address, choose a password and associate one or more credit cards. The use of a credit card number happens only once, then when you purchase on Tucano.com and on all sites that support payment with a PayPal account you only need to enter your email address and your chosen password. Also in this case, at the time of confirmation of your order on Tucano.com you will see a page that resides on the secure server of PayPal in which you will insert the email linked to your PayPal account and the password.

We do not accept payments by bank transfer or cash on delivery.
