Tucano Shake

A version of the Tucano logo that's been “shaken up”, designed by Alessandro Mendini wand used to create a sophisticated travel collection.

TUCANO SHAKE COLLECTION

Tucano presents the collection of bags, backpacks, luggage and travel accessories, Tucano Shake, the result of a collaboration with Alessandro Mendini who has reinvented a pop-style Tucano, broken down into two different geometric patterns. Two small lines of products for travel and leisure activities, with different prints, one that’s brighter and one that’s more subtle. The Tucano Shake collection includes trolleys, backpacks, sleeves and other small mobile accessories.

Atelier Alessandro Mendini

Alessandro Mendini was an Italian architect, designer, painter and critic. He is associated with the theoretical foundation of postmodern design and the concepts of banal design and re-design. Mendini collaborated with well-known international brands including Alessi, Cappellini, Bisazza, Cartier, Hermès, Supreme, Philips, Swatch and Venini, attributing an important artistic value to the objects he designed. He is an honorary member of the Bezabel Academy of Arts and Design in Jerusalem, is Chevaler des Arts et des Lettres in France and has received the award from the Architectural League of New York.
