In the event that a TUCANO USA Inc. product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, TUCANO USA Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. TUCANO USA Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, TUCANO USA Inc. shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

We guarantee all merchandise purchased through tucanousa.com. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of receipt for a refund. Please note that we do not do exchanges. It is easier and faster to just return the item to us and place a new order at your convenience. No refunds after 30 days.To return an item purchased through tucanousa.com. Pack the item in the original packaging and shipping box, if possible. Include the original packing slip or copy of the receipt writing the reason for the return. Label the package with the following address and ship via carrier of your choice:

Tucano warrants our products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of original purchase.

ITEMS PURCHASED THROUGH OTHER RETAIL LOCATIONS:

We do not offer returns or exchanges on products purchased at locations other than tucanousa.com. However, we will replace a damaged item as per our two (2) years warranty policy.
